| If an Excess Size shipment is mistakenly accepted for transportation and then found to be Excess Size at the local service center, the package will be returned to the shipper the following business day. In the event that an Excess Size package enters our network, the shipment will be transported through the network until final destination. The customer will be charged with applicable Excess Size fees. Information on Excess Size can be obtained by calling Customer Service. |  |
